When is the best time to call? Morning or afternoon?

If you want to quickly connect with an operator, here’s a tip: try calling between 2 PM and 3 PM. During this time, call traffic is usually light, and our operators are ready to assist you promptly.

On the other hand, if you call in the morning between 8 AM and 10 AM, you may have to wait longer. This is typically a busy period, and our operators are handling many calls. If possible, try calling later in the day to avoid waiting.
