Shareholders Structure

                                        <p><strong>The sole shareholder of the Company is henceforth company CEZ, a.s., ID: 45274649 with its registered office in Praha 4, Duhová 2/1444, 140 53, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the City Court in Prague, part B, insert 1581. The value of Basic Capital of the Company is CZK 60,000,000,000 (in words: sixty billion Czech Crowns). The Basic Capital is paid-up entirely and is designed into 600 pcs.
